Site changes

Since I have a sister now, and she will want to participate, I have decided to make some changes.  I am moving my site.  I’ll be keeping this page for awhile longer, but it won’t be around forever, so be sure to bookmark the new site now.

Preschool 2011 End of year event

Posted May 15th, 2011 by Tyler

This past Friday was a big event for me. It was the end of the year Pre-School show. We sang several songs and ended the show with cookies!

Next year, I begin Kindergarten, which is going to be a big change. School every day and lots more homework. I’m hoping I still get show-and-tell, as that is one of my favorite parts of school right now.

Baby Chicks

Baby Chicks, a set on Flickr.

Our class is learning about the miracle of life. As part of the process, we get to see how eggs turn into baby chickens.

It was very exciting to watch, and I was even able to hold one!

I had another exciting Easter this year. We began our day at Church with Grandma Shelley, than headed out to Aunt Patti’s to spend the morning with Dad’s family. They have an egg hunt every year, and I really enjoy it.

This year was special, because Easter fell between Aunt Patti’s and Dad’s birthdays! This meant we got Birthday Cake as well. It was really good!

I ended the day visiting Grandpa Tom’s side of the family. More eggs were on the menu, and it was fun to see all the families.

It’s that time of year again! Not only did I get to see the Huskers Spring Game, I once again got my photo taken with some of the cheerleaders. This year, my little sister joined me in the tradition.

The team looked really good, and I know everyone around us was excited to watch them play.

I even got to shake hands with former Husker, Suh, which was pretty amazing!
