This weekend was my first real fair experience. Mom, Dad, and Grandma Shelley decided at almost 10:30 at night to take me to the county fair. It was the first fair where I could go on rides, although, at the time, I did not know it.
When we got there, dad went off to get tickets, and mom and I got in line for my first real ride, a rollercoaster! It was shaped like a catepillar, and it had some twists and turns and even a drop. I thought it was a lot of fun. After the rollercoaster, I went on a Car ride, where I got to drive a car. It was a lot of fun spinning the wheel and honking the horn. The guy running the ride even let mom get in close to take photos which was really nice. From there, it was off to a boat ride then to a fish ride. I got to go on those all by myself as well. The final ride of the evening was a Ferris Wheel. We all got to go on that ride. It was fun to see everything from so high up and we did not have to wait in line or anything.
After the rides, we went around the park and looked at games. I got to play a fishing game where I won a little stuffed toy and then I went to play the duck pond game. I liked that one, as I could play it all by myself. I won a bouncy ball from there.
It was a very fun night, and I can’t wait for another fair! I have some videos and pictures from the fair, as well as from the trip on the train with cousin Kyle that I will try to get on-line later this evening, so be sure to stop back in and check.
