Sorry for the late update, but I’ve been a very busy boy as of late. Mom decided it’s time that I started learning how to use the potty like a big boy. I’m not sure I like that idea at all. The potty is still pretty scary, and to be honest, it’s much easier letting loose in a diaper and letting mom or dad clean me up…
So on Saturday, mom and dad decided to make a last minute trip to the Pumpkin Patch. I was there last year as well, but I don’t really remember much of it. It was a lot of fun. We got there just before noon and headed straight to the train station, where we got to take a train ride through covered bridges and I even got to see a gun fight! Some guys were robbing a stagecoach, but the sheriff showed up in time to put a stop to it. It was really exciting, even if the lady behind me screamed when they started shooting their pistols. After that, we got in line for lunch, where mom saw something so amazing she had to get a photo, with me and dad in it.
After photos were taken, we had a really good lunch. I brought my lunch in a little lunch pail. It’s a small JungleBook themed one that I got from my Aunt Marcy. It’s the perfect size for me, so I’ve been using it a lot since i got it. I even got some baked apples since I was being so good. After lunch, we toured around the pumpkin patch. We went through some haunted houses, played glow in the dark golf, took a hay rack ride, went through some story book areas, and more. I even got to see a dragon eating a pumpkin!
The greatest part though? The petting zoo! They had rabbits and goats and I could feed them! The goats ate right out of my hand. It was a lot of fun playing with them and feeding them. They were happy to see me to because they kept trying to stick their head out the window to play with me.
I can’t wait to go back next year! I had a lot of fun and it’s something that we all enjoy doing.
