This past weekend, mom and dad took me up to the local College where they were doing a safe trick or treat at the dorms. I got all dressed up in my costume and headed out for an evening asking for candy. It was a lot of fun. We hit three dorms, and I even played a few games. I tried the ring toss, but I had some trouble actually tossing the ring. I still need to work on that hand-eye coordination. I did win a prize at the pumpkin walk, so that was fun. I also got a lot of compliments from people because I would sign “candy please” and “thank you” at every door.
I have also been learning some more signs. A there is not much to do while I’m on the potty, mom has begun using that time to teach me some new words. I have learned fruit, apple, grapes, and am working on window. Not a bad job. I’m also starting to be a little more vocal, and have begun saying some simple sentences. Next time you see me, ask me if I’m a good boy, I have a great verbal response for that
Not much else is going on. I’m looking forward to tomorrow night so I can hit the town. I’m sure mom or dad will get some photos of me out trick or treating, so I’ll try to get those posted on Friday or Saturday.
