You read that right. Yesterday, Grandma happened to be in town and she joined mom and me on the way to school. I was able to show her around my classroom, introduce her to my teacher, and let her see all of the fun things we are doing and everything that I am learning.
Normally, it’s only mom that comes with me to school. Dad did one time, and I’m hoping he can do that again soon. I’m offering an open invitation to all my family, if you want to come down and walk with me to school, you are more then welcome to. It’s only a few blocks from my house, and I’ll even hold your hand so you don’t get lost on the way. Just give me a few days notice before you arrive, and you’ll need to be at the house by 7:30 in the morning!
